Team Members
The Team members tab shows who can access your organisation and what level of control each person has. For most users, this is the default view in Settings.
Before you invite members or change access, review Organisation Roles for the permission model and Billing Manager rules.
Inviting New Members (Admin Only)
Section titled “Inviting New Members (Admin Only)”To give someone access to your organisation, click Invite members, enter their Email address, choose the right Role, and click Send Invite. Workable then emails that person an invitation to join.
Managing Pending Invitations (Admin Only)
Section titled “Managing Pending Invitations (Admin Only)”If an invitation has not been accepted yet, it appears in the Pending invitations section below the member list.
- Resend: Send the invitation email again
- Cancel: Revoke the invitation
Changing Roles (Admin Only)
Section titled “Changing Roles (Admin Only)”You can change a member’s role at any time. Find the person in the list, use the dropdown in the Role column, and select the new role. The change takes effect immediately.
Removing Members (Admin Only)
Section titled “Removing Members (Admin Only)”To remove someone, click the Trash Can icon next to their name and confirm the action in the pop-up window.
Transferring Billing Manager (Current Billing Manager Only)
Section titled “Transferring Billing Manager (Current Billing Manager Only)”You can transfer Billing Manager from the Team members tab. Find another Org Admin in Current members, click Transfer Billing Manager, and confirm the transfer.
When the transfer happens:
- Workable first migrates the organisation’s Stripe billing account email to the destination Org Admin’s email.
- After the transfer completes, the previous Billing Manager becomes a regular Org Admin for billing access purposes.
- Only if Stripe email migration succeeds does the Billing Manager transfer complete.
- Confirmation emails are sent to both the previous and new Billing Manager.
